why can't i S L E E P ?
I feel as though I have been recently ignoring my little blog project, and its making me restless. I can't sleep!
Not much to fill you in on, but there have been some interesting things going on.
I'm going to the beach this weekend. Exciting! So exciting, I went and got a spray tan. Walking home from my spray tan, I witnessed an undercover cop busting some counterfeit purse sales. Praise Jesus! Living in Herald Square is convenient, but the routine gets pretty old. Long day at work. Then I get off a crowded train like a zebra in a stampede and we all bustle up to the street moving with speed, and in unison.
Then some tourist asks me to take their picture in front of Macy's. Do you not have a Macy's in your town??
Then some dirtbag asks me if I want a fake handbag. "Coach. Prada. Louis Vuitton!" Really? I work in fashion. If you only knew how morally opposed to their money making I am. And today there was justice! Two cops in street clothes show up to "make a purchase." And then, two cop cars and a huge van come speeding from around every corner. These dudes are trapped. And what are people on the sidewalk doing?
Umm... We're watching!
One of the great things about NYC is that there was a crowd is accumulating around this little situation. We're curious and not afraid to show it! Nice to know that the bad guys don't always get away with it.

Father's day is just around the corner and I've been thinking about how grateful I am for my dad, AND feeling creative so I had a little fun with the photoshop and illustrator tonight.
I know you may be getting a little tired of croqui revamps also, but I worked on my male croqui and thought it was time for him to make his debut! With a new textile, of course!
